After spending 15 years in the corporate world as a marketing and customer experience specialist, I decided to pursue my passion for emotional relationships. Holder of several degrees and certifications in gender studies, I also founded and hosted a podcast on romantic relationships. Trained at the EFPP in psychology and psychotherapy, I specialized in sexology and couples therapy.
MY METHOD
Our journey begins with an initial 15-minute discussion, intended to get to know each other and identify your needs. The following sessions, lasting 60 minutes, are structured around a participatory approach. After the first three sessions including active listening and practical exercises, we will decide together on the personalized strategy to stimulate your progress and development.
My method encompasses various therapeutic techniques, including systemic therapies (couple, family), sexo-corporal and mindfulness therapies using personal development tools such as meditation, journaling and practical exercises to facilitate a holistic transformation.
